Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days once payment has cleared. Free Shipping is Available on orders over R1000; a flat fee of R150 applies below that threshold.

Return conditions
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Sale items or special-order pieces are final sale and may not be returned.
Once approved, you may choose an exchange, store credit, or refund (subject to inspection).Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
All refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
