Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original packaging and condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or intimates. Sale items are final unless faulty.

Refunds & Processing

Refunds are processed via the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@belleallureshop.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
